Creating a healthy mindset is the first step to evolving your lifestyle, and I’m sure you’ve heard that fitness is 100% mental. At Evolution Fit, we use a practice called metacognition that, simply put, is the practice of “thinking about thinking”. Through development, it can be essential for progress, encouraging independence, promoting lifestyle changes, and fostering self-confidence.
During our sessions, I will work with you to develop this skill and transform your fixed mindset into a growth mindset. This includes diving deep to understand why mindset matters and distinguishing between limiting beliefs and actual truths. As a result, you will learn where to focus and fixate your mentality to achieve success and see results.
Body
As mentioned above, fitness is all mental – your body will not go where your mind does not challenge it to. While we work on your mental development, we work on your body in tandem. Through a customized fitness, nutrition, and supplementation program, you will learn how to train your body and achieve your goals while embracing body positivity and prioritizing progress over perfection. After all, your body’s progress outweighs perfection every time.
Soul
The soul is the last piece to the holistic approach at Evolution Fit. Your beliefs about yourself will steer your sense of ability, purpose, and determination. By teaching you to create new brain schemas, you will unlearn the “autopilot” lifestyle that has been ingrained, thus creating a lifestyle that you control. You’ll also learn the power of habits and of discovering your WHY, which empowers clarity, self-love and believing in yourself.
