At Evolution Fit, we use a practice called metacognition that, simply put, is the practice of “thinking about thinking”.  Through development, it can be essential for progress, encouraging independence, promoting lifestyle changes, and fostering self-confidence. This includes diving deep to understand why mindset matters and distinguishing between limiting beliefs and actual truths.
